Queering the Act

Now.. what?

Advocacies and responsibility go hand-in-hand, whenever we engage in it we should remember to speak from an informed perspective. We should always practice researching and thinking before we post online, especially in issues that speak of the LGBTQIA+ community. Being informed is biggest weapon we have.

We should remember that advocacies should not come from a place of competition, but rather, a place of good will. LGBTQIA+ issues are long-standing and scrutinized by others, which is why it is important to be a genuine ally. We want people to support the community, not find ways in which they can throw hate onto the community.
